We are passionate about providing support and care services that are focused on achieving better outcomes for the children and families we provide our services and interventions to.

Based in Halstead, but operating throughout the UK, we put the needs of children, young people, their families and carers at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that the people in our care are properly provided for and feel safe at all times.

Our strength lies in the number, diversity and experience of our staff, allowing us to provide support that is best suited to each individual’s needs, and backed up with the relevant training to effectively enhance support.

Services available :

SPECIAL NEEDS:

Working with children with special needs (including Autism, Asperger’s and ADHD) after school, providing respite for families. Can Involve taking service users out (sometimes with another support worker) for a few hours at a time.

Working with vulnerable adults, providing emotional support, conducting activities and aiding independence.

Supporting young people with challenging behaviours or subject to DOLS.

FAMILY SUPPORT:

Mother and baby placement, monitoring and observations.

We respond at short notice, whilst taking the strain off busy social work teams.

We work closely with carers, families and children to engage and create change commensurate with their understanding and specific needs

Secure Transport

We provide safe transportation to and from any location for adult and adolescent service users. Service users accompanied by our staff who are trained to facilitate safe and secure transportation, are skilled in handling physical intervention, anger management, de-escalation of difficult situations, conflict management, communication skills (verbal & non-verbal), relationship building, first aid.
