Organise a meeting with Gavin to see site and also the building is a listed building. Explain all details to Gavin and his team delivered a fantastic job on the day. They took all the care possible to ensure that the building was looking immaculate and that no damage were done to any of the 120 years old stone. Keep up the good work Gavin and team and see you this year for another clean.

Exterior building clean and roof

This was our first time in using Exterius for cleaning the exterior brickwork, roof, windows, soffits and fascias to one of our teaching blocks during the summer holidays. The work undertaken by the guys was completed to an extremely high standard - they were professional and courteous throughout their time on site and completed all the works as we requested. All areas were left clean and tidy - thank you guys!

Exterius turned up on time to do a steam cleaning job on our stone-faced building. They were flexible and accommodating in their approach to working with other contractors, and produced an excellent result. I am very happy with their overall performance and would recommend them.

I have engaged Exterius on several occasions on our refurbishment projects. They have provided multiple cleaning and facilities management type services. They are always a pleasure to deal with prompt good value service. Excellent workforce on site with the correct equipment for the job that reduces the need for work at height.
