Our Services
We are based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, and work within a wide radius covering Bucks, Berks, Beds, Herts and West London. We offer a no fee initial appointment at your home to discuss your requirements.
Design
Following this meeting, will carry out a measured survey and produce some design ideas using CAD. Only when you are satisfied with the drawings, we will submit your proposals to the local authority for approval.
Planning Applications
We will act on your behalf, prepare drawings, submit your planning applications and liaise with your local authority planning department to gain approvals.
Building Regulations Applications
Again, we will act on your behalf, prepare detailed drawings and submit applications, liaise with your building control department to gain approval. We will also submit applications to water companies for build over agreements if required. These plans will be suitable for you to obtain quotations from builders.
CAD Services
Even if planning and building regulations applications are not required, we can offer a drawing only service. All drawings are produced using licenced AutoCAD software.
