Express Tanning

I would like to make a complaint about my experience in your salon. This was my first time on a sunbed, not only was there no consultation but I had also expressed the fact that I am very pale and my concerns regarding this. Despite this your staff member decided to put me on 'the hottest bed' (in her words). As a first timer I followed the advise, I have now got burns all over my body, I have felt uncomfortable and unable to wear clothes my skin is still hot to touch and red raw. Your staff need to be trained properlly before advising clients.

As a first-time customer, I expected a certain level of service and safety precautions, but unfortunately, my visit fell short in several aspects.
Firstly, there was no skin testing conducted before I was placed on the sunbed. Proper skin testing is crucial to ensure the safety of customers and prevent any potential harm. I was burnt badly, incorrect bulbs also.Additionally, there were no instructions provided, leaving me feeling uncertain about the proper use of the equipment.
Moreover, I observed damp and mold on the ceiling, which is not only unsightly but also raises concerns about the overall hygiene and cleanliness of your establishment.
The staff's behavior was another issue, as I found them to be rude and unhelpful, further adding to my discomfort.
Despite these concerns, I was disappointed to learn that no refund was given after £60 behind the till. leaving me dissatisfied with both the service and the lack of resolution.

Amazing beds and good customer service love going in this shop as it brightens up your mood and the beds are very good quality

I’ve been to most beds in Southampton and by far they are the best!! Bulbs are always hot and staff always lovely and shop clean!!!!!
