This company is excellent. I emailed Tuesday evening, had a surveyor in Thursday, stairlift fitted by 12 noon Friday. Exceeded all my hopes. Friendly, helpful, professional and very good value for money. Made the best recommendation for my circumstances. A great team.

What a wonderful company! From the first phone call, I received prompt, clear and sensitive communication about our urgent need for a stairlift. When Andrew visited --that very day!-- and said it could be done the next day!, my husband and I were both emotional and felt a little brightness for the first time in a while. On the day of the fitting, Paul could not have been more friendly, competent and understanding. His work getting that chair to descend our stairs made my husband break out into a grin during his first ride, knowing he was returning to our kitchen again. To be able to rent has been a godsend, making it affordable. The unit is solid. Ours has been working perfectly for 2 weeks now. I highly recommend you don't even bother calling anyone else. Express Stairlifts Southwest are perfect! We seriously can't thank you enough.

Express Stairlifts SW provided the most amazing, professional and friendly service from the first telephone call. Understanding our situation and the urgency of it, the rented stairlift was fitted so quickly (a couple of days) and once it was unfortunately no longer required removed it with the same efficiency, leaving no trace.
Everyone I have communicated with or has come into the house has been lovely, knowledgeable and supportive.
I would recommend this company to anyone and am so grateful for the efficient and supportive service from start to finish.

Express Stairlifts Southwest installed a straight stairlift 3 years ago. We encountered our first problem a couple of days ago and the support we received was 5 star! This team is so helpful and responsive, which is fairly rare these days. Problem resolved immediately, despite the fact we had been remiss and not had the yearly service which is recommended. Cannot recommend this Company enough. From first contact (stressful time) Andrew and Dave were absolutely fantastic. Paul the engineer, who visited today, totally professional. Thank you all!
