Fast response. Drain unblocked in about 2 minutes. I dont understand how the charges came to an hour plus VAT. The engineer arrived at 13.10, was ready to go by 13.42 but still charged us the whole hour. They quote you for £60 plus vat which is what we expected to pay. They should just quote you for an hour which seems to be the minimum they are aiming for with time wasting etc. They are more expensive than the other reputable companies out there but fool you with the half hour quote.
