Washer repair.

Very good service, he came late but to his credit he worked beyond his closing time and did a thorough job, he didn't charge us for the call-out fee since we live close to his shop which was kind of him. All in all a really efficient and hard worker.

Disappointed

If I could give a zero star I would. Steve came out to look at my fridge freezer as it wasn't cooling. Took him a while he was just faffing about didn't know what to do he thought it was the fan motor which he decided to take with him to test. 4 weeks later phone call after phone call he lost the motor that he took n blamed it on someone working for him. Everytime I called he didn't know n would have to start fresh. finely got my motor back (well a motor back not sure if it's the one he took) n same situation fridge freezer still not working he took his money n didn't fix anything very unprofessional. 4 months down the line still waiting for temp sensors that he ordered from this company in middle east. Lie after lie excuse after excuse. Would Never use again. People be aware.

Brilliant service.

Steve came out very quickly and sorted my leaking washing machine out. A very friendly and honest man. Good price too. Over 2 month and the machine is still going strong. Thanks Steve.
