At exploringU counselling, our expert team can provide life-changing support for those working through a variety of complex issues. On your first consultation with us, we take the time to identify how we can best help you and will pair you with a counsellor who has the specific, in-depth experience you’ll need.

We have specialist counsellors /psychotherapists and rehabilitation team.

Our trained Rehabilitation Coordinators work with clients who have sustained a serious Physical Trauma to their Brain, we also work with spinal injuries, providing support, motivation, respite to a high standard.
