Honest, reasonable and professional.

We were in a real spot with no boiler in January. The first company refused to help as the outlet thing wasnt compliant. They came, they made it compliant, they replaced the boiler and the cost was almost £1000 less than the chap we had previously used. We have had them service our boiler for the last 3 years. Would definitely recommend.

Avoid!

Disgraceful treatment. Said they would service my late mother-in-law's boiler between 9 and 10 a.m. Didn't arrive. First phone call to them - they said they were delayed by another job. Second phone call to them after midday, said they wouldn't be coming. They left my wife sitting in an empty house with no attempt to contact. Shambolic. We have now gone elsewhere.

Waste of time

Sent email enquiry for boiler replacement. Didn't even bother to acknowledge email. Phoned them up and was told that someone would be in touch. They clearly don't want work.
