totally unacceptable

received flowers in a ceramic pot saturday 9th march 2024 a gift from my sister for our 50th wedding anniversary. as the guy handed me the flowers they shed petals in my pporch and subsequently as i carried them down the hall into my lounge too. flowers were all yellow and white and the white roses were tinged brown and some of the yellow flowers were drooping beyond recovery. a very poor display altogether. i wont be recommending anybody to purchase from this shop in the future

really rude when i called about asking what time my flowers were coming. Then flowers died really quick.
