Pre booked a taxi based on the website, taxi was late and when I called to chase it up I was informed the driver had broken down and another car on the way, then less than five minutes later they called to cancel as the driver had another appointment to go through. I asked for assistance as not from the vicinity and was bluntly told no. Was promised a refund which has still not come through

Great Executive Ezzy Cars service. Response time was excellent. The morning of my flight I gave them a call and they responded quickly and were able to come pick us up 30 minutes later. The man kind man dropped my family and I off at the airport with more than enough time for our flight.

A wonderful service! Used the Executive Ezzy Cars service to and from the airport. Drivers were great, wonderful communication from the company, good quality and correctly installed baby seats which made me feel very safe and comfortable. Will definitely use again!
