Executive Auto Valet

Kyle did an amazing job on my Q3 it was cleaner than when it was brand new. My dogs had scratched the paintwork getting in and out of the car over the years and Kyle buffed it back to excellent condition. There was a lot of dog hair in the boot and he got it all. Can’t stress enough what a great job he did.

I had the cars valeted recently, good experience mainly. We had difficult stuff going on, so when I noticed the pressure washer had blasted paint off the cab of the Navara I took photos, and emailed saying I would be back to see him sometime.

Now the funeral is past I went in to chat about what might remedy the chips. I'm realistic, all that I was after was him using touch up paint to sort it. First of all he said the chips on rear were stone chips. I asked how stones might have got there & he changed tack and said they were from loading stuff. Then I showed him 3 pin point circles on the side where his jet penetrated the paint, I asked how stones caused that, and he got aggressive.

I asked if he saw any of that damage when he polished it, he agreed the damage wasn't there. I reminded him I had photos, he got aggressive again. It was obvious he was just going to fob me off so I told him I would fix the damage myself and leave him appropriate reviews. Very poor behaviour.

Kyle did an awesome job on my 1996 BMW. Inside was immaculate. He did a fantastic job on the paint work and how he was able to get the tarnish off the chrome, well, just great. I very much intend having another clean on a regular basis as his prices are competitive...
