I used Exclusive Trade Frames to replace the rear windows in my house and for a new front door, side door and patio doors. Edward came to do my quote and he was so friendly and professional and most importantly , not pushy. He took the time to go through the many choices to help me find what was best for me. It can be quite overwhelming when you realise how much choice there is. My installer was a man called Dave and he was prompt and professional and also very tidy. When the job was done, he took the time to make sure I knew how all the new locking mechanisms worked before he left, particularly with the front door which has the new style locks that are really secure and very different. It’s the little things that matter. I would definitely recommend them
