Airport transfer

This was the first time I had used Excelsior cars but found the service excellent and extremely professional. Billy and Kamran were both lovely and completely put me at my ease. The communication was excellent and they contacted me prior to the journeys and and I knew registration of car at the airport which was reassuring as it was early hours of the morning The car was also spotless .

Great price, professional, top quality

After searching the internet for a taxi for our airport transfers and finding every company wanted to charge us the earth for 8 of us, we finally came across Excelsior cars and their quote was so much cheaper, so we booked straight away..!! From that moment we was not disappointed..!!
Communication was fantastic and both drivers who picked us up were so kind, Friendly, helpful and professional.
My only regret is that I never found this company earlier for previous airport transfers...!!! Will definitely be using them again in the future

Excellent. Highly recommend

I would highly recommend this service. It was very efficient. The drivers are punctual , cars are spotless and journeys were so comfortable. Our driver this morning was Carta and he was excellent,I cannot recommend this service more. They are punctual, cars are spotless and had a very comfortable journey. Our driver today was Carta who was excellent.

Excellent Service

I highly recommend this very professional car taxi firm following my recent experience with regards to picking up family of 5 with baby for transportation from home to Birmingham airport and the return journey a week later in the early hours of the morning. The booking process was very easily done online and confirmation sent by email. Communication was excellent I was texted on the day of travel by Shak the driver who arrived promptly to collect us from home and again the following week for collection from the airport. I was texted the day before I came home to explain how the pick up process from the airport would be. Everything went as smoothly as possible I will definitely use Excelsior cars again
