Best kind of Therapy

I had hit an all time low, due to my gambling, which in turn led me to turn to alcohol…and everything started to unravel. I can honestly say I couldn’t think of a way out & decided to talk to Barbara, she was nonjudgmental, very calming and showed me ways to retrain my thinking process. I didn’t even realise the underlying cause, and with out any content she helped me to solve the issues.
I am a much happier person as the fog has lifted. Thank you for saving me and my family
