Worst ppl to deal with when you are looking to cancel. Rather than servicing the local, they are bunch of money grabbing incompetent heartless ppl

Took out a membership and after cancelling due to covid I continued to get threatening emails, phone calls and letters from them for a year afterwards which is still ongoing. This was totally unexpected from the council which it turns out is a cynical business using scare tactics and intimidation to fleece customers to fleece people.

I was on phone for over 30 mins and no one picked up. I was first in the queue and message kept saying that they had a high call of volumes. At least get you message right.
I used that gym so I know how busy staff are. If it wasn't for the fact its local, I wouldn't bother.
