Everything but the Wife

Really really awful service. Flat was not clean after 2 whole hours and cleaners demanded (quite rudely may I add) a higher fee over the phone to the boss right in front of me.

Had the company for a while and over time it turned to be a unreliable cleaning company.

They have a spare key so they can come in to the house when I am not home and clearly it is given in trust. However one time I came home and was surprised by noticing that the door was left open.

I changed the lock on the door and gave them a new key few months ago. Still when I wasnt home the manager calls/texts me asking if I am home and that the girls cannot open the door. I had to remind her that a new key had been given and sadly the cleaners had to back and come back on another day.
You would think that would solve the issue but no they still kept the old key on the same chain as the new key but wasnt smart enough to figure that out which led to them thinking they had the wrong key or there was something wrong with it.

Several times the cleaning job wasnt done properly as the toilet and the bathtub was left unclean and I had to ask them to come back and re do it.

They are crooks. Charged an enormous amount of hours to clean a small house after a tenancy. The house was left in very good condition and cleaned it myself. They are obviously in cahoots with the landlord and splitting the fees.

We had about 10 or so properties that needed a good builders clean from works that we had carried out and the girls that were sent through were absolutely brilliant - could not fault their work ethic at all. Would highly recommend them and will be using them again if we are in the area. - Thank you

Wow why haven't I had these cleaners before I had a lady called Tracy and she was outstanding will be having a clean each week from this company
