I really like it here i use the gym and pool and i think the facilities are great, my only issue is the staff are sometimes not that helpful. They always seem busy with something and when they do get to talk to you it seems rushed.

Group Exercise Programme

Great classes and instructors, tried "insanity" as seen it on the TV. Was tough but enjoyable, very motivating and challenging will definitely go again. Also didn't need to buy a membership as can pay per session, although the staff did say it would be cheaper to take out a membership if I'm doing two or more classes per week so may now consider this option?
