5Job left not being 100% completed
3Despite this, I was left feeling like the job was left uncompleted. With various outstanding parts of the job forgotten about. When contacted for an update, multiple texts and calls were ignored. The inside of the property was left untidy after every visit and they did not clean up after themselves. Despite making the budget clear, there was a constant sense of upselling, and suggesting paying back over time or re-mortgaging to afford the additional work.
I was told that the Velux window for the bathroom wasn't available in the existing size and so a smaller one was chosen. This felt like a rushed decision to get the job done and out of the way rather than waiting for a larger window to be available from the supplier.
The majority of the work has been completed, with some remaining finishes which I'm still chasing.
