Recently had my timing belt changed by this garage and in the process they have damaged my diesel fuel pipe. Which resulted in diesel leaking. Also had my service done at this dealership which resulted in my exhaust pipe being snapped. The excuse was it was corroded. I checked the exhaust pipe before the service and it was intact. And when you here the service desk boasting how they make a bonus on services costing £180 a more in earshot I find this disgusting. No confidence in the service desk and definitely no the engineers. Stay well clear from this dacia dealership. It’s even made me not want to buy another dacia.

my partner bought a new car from them they had a week to prep it

then when we took it away lots of warning lights came on the dash it turns out they had not tightened the earth leed to the battery

I would advise based on my experience NOT TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP (principle CRAIG BENNETT). We bought a car on the 30th Oct 2016 - - the mileage was low / price was not consistent with other models of the same make - I actually questioned this twice X1 verbally and X1 in an email - the reply was 'yes we thought the same but its all OK'. When I got home after buying the car I was going through the service history and in the 3 services the car had, the mileage was inconsistent - low mileage at first service, very high mileage at second service and low and behold low mileage at the 3rd service. I contested this immediately and 3 weeks later and after 12 or more communications and various people in meetings or not at work, it still not sorted - I am now dealing with trading standards. Oh and by the way when we bought it there was no mentioned of MOT / certificate and there was no MOT/certificate in the pack we received - how can this happen!!!!!.
They also use stooges!!! BEWARE

Worst experience I have ever had in buying a car in my life!
Staff are unprofessional one was quite pushy
Sold my trade in and hadn't even got the log book - then hounded me for it ( I had to wait for new log book from DVLA with original plate) constantly ringing me like non stop when am at work Telling me they sold my car and needed log book they should of waited till DVLA had issued new one and they had it before advertising it !
Advertised my trade in on their website on my private plate on it
Check your new car prior to signing any paperwork as the valet done was extremely poor car was dirty still inside also no petrol in the car either !
Oh and they never return your call!
