Enquired about a used Audi s1, I asked on numerous occasions over the phone “is the car immaculate”, I was advised it was and it didn’t have a mark on it ! I travelled 50 miles each way to view it on the intention I was going to buy it after the video and photos. I arrived and the car had paint missing off the front bumper, a huge dent on the drivers door, a dent on the drivers rear wing and what looked like a shocking respray to the whole of the driver side. The door handles looked brown compared to the doors so definitely something a miss. I was advised by the salesman that he didn’t know about these things! In enquiring about finance I was told i couldn’t use my own finance company and I “had to use their own” finance company as they can’t invoice externally. This is something which as far as I know is against FCA guidelines and other dealerships are being investigated due to this. Shocking experience and a waste of my fuel and my afternoon !

After driving a 150 mile round trip to test drive and hopefully purchase a vehicle for £16500 we were told they would not replace a set of badly worn and peeling badges for £10. Very abrupt ride staff who don’t care for your custom. Stay clear.

Today me& my dad came to dealership, with the intention to test drive& buy. Greeted by john his attitude from the mo we met was very uninviting. The car we intended to purchase had flat battery, which john didnt seem too bothered, despite us making the journey espcially. Told we couldnt test drive as it wouldnt be safe despite having mot. Johns attitude was disgraceful, not concerned at all that we couldnt test drive, he wasnt interested. Asked for the manager, told not working. Which was a lie, as we went into show room,told by a member of staff the manager there. The managers details where given, then rung the number once we where home. The manager appologised &arrananged a test drive the vechile on 18/4/16. Within 1/2 an hr the manager rung saying the car had sold without him knowing. Overall the attitude of both staff is disgusting. Not on bit of customer service skills are known to either of them. I would advise everyone to avoid this dealership, careless attitude is unbelievable
