We have used Eurotech for twenty years and have always found them to be helpful and so much keener to accommodate our requirements than many of the "big boys" in the industry. For this reason were pleased to also transfer the security systems of our recently acquired additional unit to them too.
Regular servicing is usually performed by Ron. His sound product knowledge helps ensure our systems are optimally configured to suit our evolving requirements and he's always willing to go that extra mile until it right. Thanks Ron!

Pat (the boss) came round and did a thorough review. Dan & Luke came round, fitted the system without any fuss or mess or noise.
Quality equipment (they won't use anything else) reflected in price but in truth, compared to other companies that came round, the best by a mile.

Kind read my review for an explanation for this thoroughly justified 1 star rating.
I received an invoice (no: INV-1750) from Eurotech Security Systems Ltd for £43.20 for the fitting of the 5 small internal sensor batteries and key fob battery. The total retail cost of these 6 batteries on Amazon is currently £5.46.
This exorbitant battery charge was only removed when I complained. Their justification that they have to factor in the additional operational and admin costs of buying and fitting consumables is patently absurd. Also, this charge is in addition to the £177.00 maintenance charge.
In an effort to resolve this issue, and protect unwary consumers, I have contacted the British Security Industry Association as I consider a 790% price mark up to be extortionate.

I understand we supplied the batteries as part of a previous annual alarm service however this was a billing oversight on our behalf, batteries are not included. Excluding VAT we charged you £6 per battery, I appreciate you can purchase the batteries online for less however we have to factor in the additional operational costs of buying and fitting consumables on your behalf.
