Renting with Europcar has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with car rental. They sent out a damaged car that has broken down and 9 phone calls later plus half a wasted day and the problem still isn’t solved. Thanks for ruining a good part of our vacation by stranding us and stressing us. I’ll never book with Europcar again.

Don’t rent from here. They will

Just few miles after picking the car we had an issue with the tyres as an alarm suddenly rang into the car : check pressure of tyres

It was 10:30 in the morning

It took ONE HOUR to succeed to reach someone at the emergency number 0800 028 0999

Finally someone answered and told us to go to kwik fit tyres shop in farnborough but as it took so much time to reach them... we had to wait 3 more hours until the issues will be fixed !!!

We are in vacations for only 6 days then one is already burnt because of the poor condition of the Europcar vehicle and their poor service

Nightmare experience

Only rented this car for the day, had very good service from the reception staff, an excellent , 1500 miles Hyundai , and a painless check in on return. 5 stars from me.

DON'T RENT from them!!! BIG SCAM! I had a prepaid voucher ($350), they told me I could get an upgrade for 250 pounds ALL INCLUDED, I took it. I brought the car back on time, ask them for a receipt, they said you don't need one!! They charged me 400 pounds more ($650), charged my card when I was home in the US. Bunch of crooks, shame on them! WILL NEVER RENT FROM EUROPCAR Gatwick AGAIN and WILL POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS EVERYWHERE
