Brought a cooker and within a week it’s stopped working, was told someone would be out to fix it after the guys that delivered it came back to check what was wrong with it, 3 weeks later and a week before Christmas nobody had come to repair or replace it.

I purchased a TV from this business over the telephone.
I live in Ireland and wanted a TV delivered and set up for a family member in London. The customer care and service was outstanding.
I highly recommend this business and in the future l would definitely use again.

Wanted a small freezer and were sold out, put my name on a waiting list and had one within about 4 days, even delivered it for free! Excellent.

Nice to be able to get proper advice and decent customer service. Prompt delivery and installation of oven without any fuss. Took away old oven added £10 which is reasonable these days. All sorted within a few days of order at the shop. Very efficient.
