Don't touch with a barge pole. Had steering rack for a Chrysler which dripped fluid , changed for
another that poured fluid out , third time was lucky. No end of discussions about the validity of getting a replacement. Awful service , no integrity. There are other better motor factors.
Now in middle of yet another argument about a faulty Transit part. This part was better than the usual standard as this part lasted about six weeks. This is good for Europarts from what I see.
For all the messing about , vehicles off the road time and time again and the arguments about getting a replacement avoid this company like the plague. In some transverse world out there you may find a Swindon Europarts that actual knows something about the supply of goods act and even know about trading standards !!
One star given as there is no option for none.

well made a reservation online for a part great in stock will pick up the next day, drive 10 miles to the swindon branch get in there no one on front desk so wait 15 min in a queue, finally speak to someone who tells me i cant have the part because the system is down, told him i need the part now but no wouldn't let me have it, so drove all the way home and called ecp customer services to complain
