Great company, Terrible Branch

I get the feeling they do not value there customers time, it is a busy branch yet there is only 1 staff serving. My average time spent waiting to be served in approximately 25 minute every single time. Soooo frustrating. I wrote this to get the attention of the company. Something needs to be done in Colliers Wood euro car parts
