Ordered a bouquet l didn't have a clue what I wanted? After 5 minutes with Jackie I knew.... & when it arrived wow! I was so amazed really exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much x

I wanted to order some flowers for my daughter in law and I wanted them delivered the next day; Saturday the 10th January 2015. Rather than go the obvious online route I wanted to talk to someone to give not only delivery details but my personal requirements.
I surfed the net and found the phone number for this flower shop. I spoke to the most helpful lady who took all of my wishes on board, I don't know her name but she came from the Wirral (I phoned from Kent) she promised the flowers would be delivered on Saturday morning and they were :-) my daughter in law phoned me and said they were more than lovely they were just beautiful.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered first thing in the morning, I even asked what time their first delivery would be and I was told 9am - I asked for that delivery slot as my mother who was celebrating her 80th birthday would be at my home around that time and I wanted the flowers to arrive while she was visiting.

By 10.30 still no flowers had arrived. I made an excuse to leave the house and visited the shop (I couldn't remember the telephone number). I arrived at Eufloria at 10.40 and I was informed that the request only stipulated an AM delivery. I explained that I clearly stated at 9am or as soon as possible delivery as my mother wouldn't be at my home much after this time. The lady was very apologetic and said that she would make my flowers up and this would only take 5mins. I was aghast - no flowers had actually been made up! What time would they have delivered the flowers (bearing in mind that only 1hour 20mins remaining of the AM). I asked for my money back which I received without any argument.

Although my mother had a lovely 80th birthday unfortunately she didn't receive the flowers I had arranged - Thanks Eufloria for spoiling my surprise!
