Great for sorting out WiFi
5Not the best!
1Broke most of my wifi and my router. All was working when he came but when he left nothing was working. He came back and after he left just about the same cannot even connect to my new router. Called a company in London who came straight away because they done the original set up and it was found he disconnected all from my new router!
Not good with wifi
1They made a mess if my new router and WiFi.
They criticised the London company who set it up properly and even made me purchased 3 useless items. I change broadband company and Graham assured me they knew how to deal with spliting 5mgz to 2.4mgz for my kinetic and smart lights.
They should have told me it was not something they could do instead of messing up my setup.
Now I will have to call back the wifi heroes in London increasing my spending.
I want my money back from them!
