Customer Service was atrocious. Entered the premises with a A4 leaflet to enquire into getting 1000 items printed in colour. One of the owners (Lee), took one look and without asking what I wanted suggested I go across the road to the newsagents as they did single photocopying...how rude, not a great first impression.
Once I finally explained that I wanted multiple prints, he started to back track, no apology. He then took my USB stick with the item on it and asked his colleague Matt to load it up, Matt had a face like thunder, which again was extremely rude. He then explained that the file needed to be on a PDF document as they could not read it. Lee asked me to email it to him, took my telephone number to ring through a quote. I left the shop totally unimpressed. Needless to say I went elsewhere.
They not only lost over £150 worth of printing business, but I also intended to review advertising business which I chose to not discuss, which they have also lost. Horrendous people.
