Lauren is extremely kind professional and reliable.
I know when she is taking care of our beloved dog we as a family can relax knowing she is in exceptional hands. When she is looking after our staffie she takes plenty of pictures and keeps me updated with all the things she gets up to.

Not wanting to use a cattery, I recently had Lauren from Essex Pet Care, to look after my cat for a week, while I was on holiday. She came twice daily to feed and fuss Rupert. He is a ‘wary of strangers’ sort of cat, with everything being on his terms. I was thrilled to see from the photos and videos, Lauren sent me, how Rupert had taken to her. He allowed her to fuss him and was affectionate. From the moment I contacted Lauren, she was professional and incredibly friendly, arranging a pre-holiday meeting to personalise the care. I would highly recommend Lauren and will use Essex Pet Care again.

Lauren recently looked after our dog & cat while my boyfriend and I went away for the weekend. I could not recommend Lauren enough, she is incredibly friendly yet professional and you can certainly tell she is an animal lover. Lauren made us feel at ease when we were away with the constant updates and photos, it meant we could completely relax and enjoy our trip knowing the animals were being looked after. We are already looking forward to booking our pets in with Lauren again in the near future, she is the BEST!!

Lauren took our 8 year old Bella for a walk & I’ve honestly never seen her so confident & happy with someone so quickly! Lauren was so professional & attentive, she made me feel at ease to leave my dog with her straight away. Bella came back exhausted but happy, so I could tell she had had a great walk. I would highly recommend 𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗫 Pet Care to anyone looking to have their dog walked - such reasonable prices too! I wouldn’t use anyone else now.
