Iain and his team carried out several structural works on our property. They were very proactive in getting things done and we couldn’t be happier with the completed works. Very polite and always left it tidy. Very pleased indeed!

Iain and his team are a really professional group who complete high quality work in the timeframes quoted and always clean up after themselves. Iain has done a garage conversion to a gym, our main bathroom, en-suite, our guttering and other works. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that asked and we will be using him again for further projects.

We were thoroughly impressed with the conservatory renovation that Essex Improvements Ltd recently did for us. Iain and the team were on site every day (very early) and did a fantastic job, we had a warm roof installed which replaced our old polycarbonate one together with new PVC windows, french doors, stud wall, flooring and bi-fold which has now given us the opportunity to get more use out of this room - it was like a green house in the summer and freezing in the winter.
The workmanship was to the highest standard and everything was clean and tidy before they left each day, great job…thank you!

Essex improvements just completed a single storey extension to the rear of our house extending our kitchen greatly and giving a sitting room as well. On completion they laid a marvellous path and relaid the lawn in our garden. The work is to a very high standard and attention to detail was excellent. The tradesmen were all very experienced and a joy to welcome to our home each day for the 3 months they were here. The work necessitated a lot of noise and a good bit of disruption as we had to continue to live in the house but the workers were very mindful of us and kept disruption to a minimum. I would definitely recommend Essex Improvements and would not hesitate to use them for any further work I may have.

Really pleased with the work that Essex improvements Ltd did for us, it was a very big extension with a new kitchen. We found communication excellent and the work of the tradesmen that came in to be of high quality. We are now a year on since the work was completed and still extremely satisfied.
