I have to agree with AnthonyP-317 my experience of this company was terrible found them rude and totally unprofessional

I totally disagree with AnthonyP-317, I have used this company many times over the years and they have ALWAYS been MOST helpful. The service was top notch. I agree with the person who made the business response that they were there for us all during lock down and lets face it that's when most of us had time on our hands and wanted to do some DIY without them this would have been impossible as there wasn't any shops open and to be perfectly honest at a much cheaper price than the big DIY chains. So I say carry on the good work that your team are doing and long may you serve us with the excellent products that you provide.

I’ve just read a negative review on here, absolutely no idea what this person is on???? I’ve dealt with efa for years and so have other businesses I know. EFA are one of the best and friendliness suppliers I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with. Parcels always on time or earlier than expected and always exceed my expectations. Don’t be put off by somebody trying to cause a great family business damage.

Never received my item within 24hours or at all phoned to find out where it was then was just hung up on after swearing at me avoid at all costs
