Cant follow instructions and very dirty

I am dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received at the store. They said that i given unclear instructions on how to attach buttons to my coat and the end result was not what I had hoped for. Additionally, the store was dirty and disorganized, which only added to my dissatisfaction. I do not recommend this store and suggest finding another place to shop. The poor service and uncleanliness of the store are not worth the money.

I have tried many dry cleaners over the years in different cities . Have to say that the Essex dry cleaners is one of the best. Just old fashioned customer service with up to date knowledge and expertise. They have saved me hundreds of pounds by salvaging items that I had nearly ruined due to silly accidents and spillages. They offer honest and good advice and most of all never make me wait and bring my clothes out as soon as they see me. Wish every business was the same . Hats off to everyone at the Essex dry cleaners .
