Oven not working so booked a slot for it to be looked at asap as obviously important. Friday from midday to 6pm. Took half a day off work and at 17:10 get a text saying guy has a migraine! No re-booking mentioned - just I’ll be back in touch! Not people you can rely on.

Very good efficient service to repair my oven.
Very reasonable cost for work undertaken and call out.
Would highly recommend and will be a repeat customer.

We have used them to fix kitchen appliances at our tennants flat. They make all arrangements directly with our Tennant and carry out the repair promptly at reasonable prices

Unlike the previous review I have always been more than satisfied with this company.
They have responded well to both small repair jobs via the shop as well as jobs where they have needed to come out to the property.
I have used them for years and would recommend them as a good honest supplier.

Simply put, this firm is an utter shambles. My wife's Kenwood chef needed repair and they were confident that it could be repaired cheaply and quickly. I took it on a Saturday, and was told it would be ready early the next week. I called to confirm it was ready and came into collect it (I live 20 miles away) to collect it the following Saturday.

The machine had not been repaired and was still in the bag I had brought it in. Again I was told that it would be repaired the following week. It took me three subsequent weeks of chasing persistently to get to the point where it had been fixed, albeit at three times the price quoted.

When I got the machine home, I noticed that two of the screws had not been replaced, something which rendered the machine inoperable. That was four weeks ago- I have called twice, left two additional messages and even sent an email showing them the problem. Silence. When I finally spoke to someone today I got no apology and no reassurance that they knew where the missing bits were. Nor do they seem interested in sorting out the problem, and the woman answering the phone admitted that she had not even passed the photograph I sent a full week beforehand to the engineer.

My machine (which cost several hundred pounds does not work properly) due to their lack of care. Repeated excuses include ill/ bad back/ busy. Never have they returned a phone call when requested.

Now I think I am best served by getting the machine repaired by a competent outfit and suing these people through the small claims court and reporting them to trading standards.

Either I have been very unlucky or just be warned.
