Our boiler broke down in Autumn 2023 and with a new born baby in the house it was imperative it got replaced as quickly as possible. Within 24 hours, Scott had dropped by to check and quote. Rob was around the week after to install. After providing this excellent service, we asked Scott to take charge of replacing our bathroom at the start of this year. His quote was extremely competitive and his experience and rigour shone through immediately during the planning stages. On his recommendation, we purchased our new bathroom through a local merchant, Tec Supplies, and were delighted with both the high quality and level of customer service that they provided. Scott and his colleagues stripped and refitted our bathroom within a week. Every trade he brought in provided exceptional workmanship and we're really happy with the end result. We would not hesitate to recommend Scott to our friends and family and he would be the first person we call for any future works.

Had a boiler system installed together with water softeners and a really precise job. Turn up when expected. Clean workers and very professional. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will be using them myself for other work in the future. They also book in yearly pre maintenance of the system. Essex County Plumbing replaced my defective hot water cylinder with a new indirect cylinder and expansion tank. Their work has been top quality and both Scott and Rob work in a very professional manner. Everything was cleaned up and left tidy at the end of the job with all rubbish removed.
