The service

Our aim is to offer an all-round package of support for employers and employees to develop and support positive mental health in the workplace. We also offer a bespoke service to individual clients being impacted by mental health and emotional issues.

For employers

We can support employers to create a healthy working environment and enable you to support your teams.

We offer a service to companies to support employees who are being impacted by mental ill health and wellbeing needs.

We can provide:

• Advice and information

• Support to reduce the impact of long-term absence and/ or low productivity

• Support for individual employees that are being impacted by mental ill health (including social and emotional needs)

• Support to review policies and procedures

• Advice and recommendations

• Support for employees who are carers

• Mental health awareness training

• Clinical supervision

For employees

We can support employees to improve their own health and wellbeing in the following ways:

• 1-1 Coaching

• Advice

• Information

• Signposting

• Emotional support

• Support for employees who are in a caring role

• Support to access appropriate services

• We also offer Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) at a reduced rate

For Individuals

• 1-1 Coaching to address every day issues that might be impacting you

• Practical support to those who are carers
