Essence

First visited this salon approx . a year ago as a one off but I was so impressed by the friendly welcome from the staff and how they were so helpful regarding fitting me in at short notice.Lisa and Sebastian have coloured and styled my hair during the last year and I have always been very pleased with the results.They are "consistantly" helpful and professional .They also make excellent black coffee! KX

Had a brill hair cut with sebastian . Will be back . Also lovely colour on my friends hair Sue.

Came to this hairdressers on a whim , as needed a change of place and they fitted me in as soon as they could, the staff were extremely helpful and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend to anyone x

This salon is now called Essence hair and I am Absolutely disgusted with the way we were treated in essence hair today. The owner of the salon had no people skills!! Took my two boys to have their hair cut. My eldest boy had his done then he refused to cut my 5 year olds hair as he found the clippers ticklish and he was laughing. In my experience other hairdressers have spoken to the little ones and put them at ease. There was no conversation and he was utterly rude!! How he has a business is beyond me!! Doesn't even deserve one star. Very unprofessional!!!!! The worst hairdressers I have ever been to!!!!!!! I have never reviewed anything before but I feel very strongly about this!!
