NOT COMPETENT, WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

I had quite a big leak under my floor, but Adam could not find it. He claimed that he has more than 25 years of experience but is not competent enough to find a significant leak, which a local plumber did. He gave me a report saying there is no leak, which was completely wrong and charged me £350 for not doing his job properly. I wouldn't recommend this guy at all. Please do not waste your money and time.

The process was explained to the customer and no guarantees were made, leak detection is not a perfect science. We made every effort to find evidence but were unsuccessful. As a consequence we reduced the price significantly and client happily paid. The leak obviously got worse and was easier to find, he then called for more money off. We still have a 96% success rate and made no damage to the property in attempting to find this leak

Have used Adam's services before, work completed, neat and tidy finish. Hope he doesn't mind me saying he's an experienced tradesman, so you can expect him making you feel comfortable in your own home, so polite and always on time. Communication is excellent!!
