Amazing service!!!

Espresso Clinic did a fantastic job with my Linea Mini. The engineer showed up on time, figured out the problem quickly, and had it fixed in just two hours. Everything was done neatly. He also gave me some tips on dealing with water hardness and how to operate the machine better. I’m really, really happy with their work!

Espresso Clinic has done an outstanding job. The repair and service of the machine were completed within a week, and it is now functioning better than new! If you own a Rocket machine, this is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend their services. Please note, they have recently relocated their workshop.

Absolutely appalling. Terrible. Do not use. He had our coffee machine 3 months. We chased he weekly. Excuses after excuses. No updates. No communication.

At the 3 month mark I was annoyed.

He said he had the part…. But couldn’t say when it would be ready. 1 week to a year! When I vocalised my grievance he said- Pick it up broken. No apology. 3 months later!!!!!!!!

Back to square one. Basically he couldn’t fix it and has broken it further in his incompetence. I have requested a report of all that has been done before taking it elsewhere as recommended by Bezzera.

It is immoral businesses can advertise one service and provide another. I will be pursuing this to the highest level to try and prevent others being subjected to this incredibly fraudulent service.
