I am not happy with the fact I have to leave even one star, it's not worth that! Carly - the owner of the business - accepted the job of helping me clean and pack a single bedroom as I am disabled and could not do this alone. She then reschudeled more than one, I gave her may too many chances to redeem herself on the last day I had to pack, she promised me she was coming but 'at her kids football game' then them getting awarded seemed to last over two hours.. then she decided because she had been running around couldn't come AGAIN. She had taken a deposit from me LONG before the first time she was meant to come and is not refusing to give me back the money, again making excuses and blaming 'her accounant' for the refund not getting back to me. I would NOT recommend!

Carly has been a brilliant with helping us manage our holiday let. She's very flexible, responds quickly to messages and provides a very professional service. We've received excellent reviews with Carly's help, leaving spotless changeovers to the property. I would recommend her services.
