I'm not very trusting of tradesmen. Been let down on a few occasions by dodgy kitchen fitters and landscape gardeners... ERP were brilliant! Eddie came out and gave an affordable quote for a boiler install. We opted for the more premium boiler with 10 year guarantee. Eddie turned up when he said he would despite the COVID situation. A big thank you to Eddie, Dave & Jake, our new boiler was fitted on December 15th, less than a week after my initial call to ERP. The lads arrived at the agreed time and started work immediately, in less than four hours the old boiler had been removed, the new boiler fitted and everywhere clean and tidy. If you need a new boiler take my advice and don’t hesitate to contact ERP, you won’t regret it.

The boiler had been condemned, contacted a number of companies for callbacks to arrange quotes. As soon as I called ERP it all got easier and was a painless process. They are professional friendly knowledgeable and really competitively priced.
We have found our go-to plumbers!!!

Perfect - from beginning to end. Fab!!!

Our boiler broke on the Thursday morning and by that evening, Dave & Eddie from ERP Heating had assessed the problem and provided quotes for a replacement. They also booked the job in for the following Tuesday - as quick as possible. As promised, Dave, Eddie and Jake (The Dog Whisperer) arrived at 8.00a.m. and by 5.00p.m. a whole new system had been installed, fully tested and all the paperwork for Gas Safe and guarantees was completed. It was really useful to be able to pay by card using their mobile device. When your boiler breaks in the Winter and you don't know any heating engineers; it can be scary taking a chance on a Company you don't know. ERP Heating were friendly, yet professional, from beginning to end. They clearly take pride in their work and treated our home respectfully - taking away all rubbish and making sure they didn't wear their workbooks on our carpets. We were impressed by the extended guarantee as well as benefitting from their current £50 off offer. Fab!

Amazing.

ERP Heating came around and fitted us a boiler a month or so ago. We had the Alpha boiler from them that came with 9 years warranty. The boiler it’s self is unbelievable to the point we have had to turn it right down because the house was getting to warm. We have a little one and was left without heating for a few days due to the old boiler. When I spoke to Eddie he managed to come round to look at our old boiler that day. Realising the poor state of our old boiler Eddie did everything he could to get our new boiler fitted as soon as possible. Thanks to the guys only 2 days after the initial visit our new boiler was up and running. I can’t thank you enough. Very polite extremely tidy. I am ashamed to say the kitchen was cleaner after they had left then before. 5 stars it’s enough. Thank you so much!
