Remedial massage can ease or reduce pain, increase joint flexibility and movement range, lessen anxiety and depression, ease stress and promote restful sleep, ease and relieve back pain
There are very few people who would not benefit from a regular massage and my client base reflects this. There is a wide range of ages, levels of physical activity - some come for a specific purpose, some come for a more general massage.
I charge £35 an hour but new clients can choose from introductory offers of £25 for an initial treatment or 3 treatments for the price of 2.

5I first made an appointment with Jim when I needed treatment for my tennis elbow. He has an extremely professional set up even though his practise is also the family home. After a consultation and an examination Jim explained in detail what the problem was using visual aids which made it easier to understand. Throughout the whole experience Jim made me feel at ease and reassured me that he would be able to help with the healing process. Since treatment finished for my elbow I have continue to have regular massages which I can highly recommend.
