Eos Career Services is run by Career Consultant Dai Williams, a Chartered Occupational Psychologist. Dai specialises in career development, career change and career crisis support. Programmes are designed for several career stages - from students and adult Career Reviews to Executive and Professional Development, and Senior Management development. Dai has worked with over 700 clients in the past 30 years using a range of career assessments and personal development exercises - see the For You section on the Eos website.
Set up in 1986 Eos also offers specialist career selection and development support to employers. Dai has experience of international graduate, professional and senior management recruitment, education planning and advice from vocational training to graduate, postgraduate/professional courses, and support for veterans.
Dai has research and networking interests in organisational health and community psychology, including managing the effects of trauma, stress and change.
