BEWARE - my sofa has been destroyed. Extremely poor response throughout from Enviro Clean. Asked to get a specialist report on the damage which confirmed delamination caused by wrong cleaning procedure. Total lack of accountability by Enviro Clean now starting court proceedings.

Thank you Clark for doing an outstanding job on our lounge Rug. You were professional, punctual and the rug looks rejuvenated. I'm really happy with it. I tried doing it last year with a borrowed Vax hoover but I found it didn't really clean that great and it soon seemed to dull back down. Today, two weeks on, it looks just as lovely as the day you did it and I'll certainly be having you back, as the process couldn't have been easier. Thanks so much for your service...

Disappointing

Although the chap turned up on time, literally was gone within 30mins, carpet took near enough 18hrs to dry out, quite a disappointing experience, carpet not as clean as I expected

Had my sofa and stairs carpet cleaned, Emma was really helpful and answered any questions I had had. Everything came up really well and everything from start to finish was so professional, they looked after my house, wore shoe covers the whole appointment and showed my through their process.
