Collected documents are booked in with our preparation team to remove staples, paper clips, etc ready for scanning, using the latest Canon document scanning equipment & Canon capture perfect software, documents are scanned to PDF format, indexed & named, images are exported to your choice of portable data storage device.

We understand that some confidential documents are not allowed to leave your offices or premises. In such cases, using the same processes as above our team along with the required equipment will travel to your premises and scan your confidential documents on-site.

Excellent professional service

Like many companies we had a large paper archive. After discussions with Enviro Data Solutions we decided to get five years worth of accounting paperwork digitally archived. Form start to finish the project ran smoothly with Enviro Data Solutions providing progress updates. We were extremely happy with their professional approach, and that the project was completed within budget and time frame. The ability to have a guarantee that the paperwork would be securely destroyed was another factor that led us to working with Enviro Data Solutions. We look forward to extending our working partnership with them and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Excellent Service

We used Enviro Data Solutions last year and were extremely pleased with the service we received, Dawn & Barry were very helpful and answered all our questions, so easy from start to finish and they even came and collected our paperwork. We continue to use Enviro Data Solutions every couple of months and can't recommend them enough keep up the good work and thanks for the 5 star service.
