Envers Kebab & Pizza

Order four kebabs for delivery tonight when the order arrived it was cold and the kebabs had no salad or mayo despite being requested over the phone when I phoned back to ask about this I was passed to the manager who was so incredibly rude saying she works 12-14 hours a day for her business and offered no solution to the incorrect delivery she also said that it was my prerogative if I wanted to go else where for my food which in future I will as I have never experienced such bad customer service and rudeness from a business it’s a shame as I love to support local businesses I definitely won’t be going back

We have been going here for many years and even after Domino opened in the town we stayed loyal to 'Envas' plus they are the only place that do a sea food pizza.
To answer the earlier negative reviewer, I am not related to or connected in anyway to the staff.

Was polite when ordering and ready when collected and tasted very nice

I have been going here for years and I'm always happy with the food. Staff have always been friendly to me. Very good all round.

The food was cold over priced 4 bits of garlick bread 8pound. The staff are rude and i know all these other revievs have been written by the staff i woud not advise this place to know one
