I used Enterprise North for 3 months, had a great service but then today after booking a car; they called me to tell me if I didn't pay on credit card I would be unable to rent from them again. I mentioned I didn't have one and they said sorry we can't rent you a car. I called Head Office and they spoke to the branch and they responded with; due to the area I live in, in Bradford, they won't be accepting me as a customer and that I can use another branch if I want but not this one. Absolutely ridiculous.
