24/7 car club ....... with the vehicles locked away, AVOID.

Poor standard of service, went to collect a van on car club only for into be locked away, rang customer service the next day, Walsall Wood and car club, no one has had the decency to call me back, I have ended my membership, can't speak to anyone that can do anything. We did get a van from Tamworth but it was smaller and a lot further away. Use a local business with a personal touch.

Following a recent car accident I was given a courtesy car from Enterprise in Walsall Wood. They contacted me very quickly and I was issued a car within an hour of speaking to them. I had the car for two weeks. The team at Walsall Wood were all lovely and upon returning my car I was given a lift back home from James. Thank you for making it such an easy process. Would definitely use them again.
