Phoned Ensign last minute as was desperate to get my MOT done because it had ran out. Tahir was so helpful - he got me in next day. I would say they are very friendly, helpful and efficient. I will be back next year for an MOT, and wouldn’t hesitate to contact Ensign for any technical issues.

This young man at Ensign, Tahir was very very helpful, charming and polite when helping me to sort out some parts for my car. I texted him on a sunday evening as i had a bit of a problem and he came through straight away with a response. That really impressed me as you know it can be difficult to get help on that day! The next morning i sent him videos of the problem and he saw the issue straight away allowing me to go to the nearest garage knowing the problem and getting the car booked in the next day for repairs which in all cost fifty quid! Im in Devon on holiday and live i London, I know full well i would have been overcharged etc back home! So again another BIG UP to Tahir!! xx Hes a great guy x

Tai at Ensign was fantastic from start to finish when carrying out my
MOT. Having been recommended by a family member, I frantically called Ensign to book my car in as my
MOT was creeping up fast and was in the back of my mind. Tai squeezed me in and really saved me. In addition, my sisters car was booked in with the garage for the same week. Being a young driver and student, MOT day is always the worst.. Tai was upfront, efficient and whilst the car only had the one advisory, he went into great detail explaining what it is, the effect it can have and the cost. The majority of other garages we have used in the past would account for this to be done regardless of whether or not it was required urgently to try and lump in a hefty bill. I feel confident in the garage and could not recommend highly enough. We will not be going anywhere else for our mechanical work going forward. Best of the best!

We received exceptional service from the team at Ensign Garage. They went above and beyond on a Sunday to help identify and solve our problem (even travelling to find the parts we needed). They were extremely friendly, professional, and competent. I thoroughly recommend them, they really do go the extra mile, thank you so much again for all your help!
