Nobody Came and. Had to use Uber

Ordered a taxi for midnight (called at midday). Got told 5 mins to midnight they were 5 mins away. Nobody arrived, so at 20 past midnight, we called and were told nobody was coming (were not apologetic).

We used Uber and got one in 5 mins, at half the price.
En Route Taxis were a truly awful company

Please don't use this company. I booked a taxis for 8.25 this morning to go from my home to Victoria Street. To be picked up at 9.00 for a coach trip to London. I had a message at 8.10 to say the taxi was on it's way? OK early that's good. we had a message what car it was and a number plate. Now it's 8.30, so I phone and get told it's 10min away? I then get a message to say it's a different car on it's way. No taxi at 8.50, so I ring and say it's too late now we have no chance of getting to Victoria in 10mins, they did say sorry but I lost a day trip out costing £136 for my husband and I. They were not telling the truth right from the start.

Last night we experienced a crazy experience with London Midland Trains in Northampton.

We booked our train tickets from Wolverhampton going down to London Euston train station.

The last stop was at Northampton Train Station, where me and my fellow colleagues had to stop off, as per command by the train station.

We were stood there for literally 4 hours stranded, due to a problem being experienced by the Northampton Train Station.

We had called several companies in Northampton, As it was our first time there & they all were quoting over £220+ to go to London Euston Train station.

We finally got in contact with this company "Enroute Taxis" in Northampton.

And thankfully they had quoted us a £60 cheaper quote than all other companies in Northampton.

I just want to express my gratitude & thank you's to both the company and the driver who got me and my colleagues home all safely.

I always use Enroute when my car is at the garage for repairs/servicing.

Their service is always excellent, the drivers are always on time, they even send you a text message of the make and model, colour of the vehicle along with the registration number which for female's is a safety feature so they don't just jump into the wrong vehicle.

My colleagues daughter called a taxi and when a random private vehicle pulled up where she was stood she just sat in the rear seat of the vehicle not realising it was not a taxi and the driver drive off, when she realised this was not the taxi she had booked, she told the driver to stop and he did and she exited the vehicle.

The driver who arrived earlier was a really friendly driver, professional and we even had a good chat on the way home.

I can honestly say that I have never had any problems with them. I have never waited more than ten minutes for a cab and that has happened maybe three times in that period.
